Online Personal Programming 

Our online personal programming is tailored to your specific health and fitness goals and requirements. 

Included each month:

Programming

  • The number of programmed days will vary based on individual goals and needs.
  • Programming will be based on the equipment that you have access to (none, a home gym, public gyms, etc).  We will discuss this during our initial programming session.

  • Programming will be accessed via an easy-to-use app so we can track your sessions and progress.
  • Daily check-ins through the app will ensure consistency.

General Nutritional Consultation

  • Based on your goals, we will set nutritional habits starting week one and build from there.

Weekly Personal Check-In

  • Via Zoom or phone, this weekly check-in will ensure you are staying on track with both health and fitness goals and answer any questions you may have.

Hybrid Personal Programming 

Our in-person programming is tailored to your specific fitness goals and requirements. 

Included each month:

Programming

  • 2 one-hour in-person sessions with Coach Allen in The Lab (weekly)  
    • Times will be scheduled as needed. Personal programming sessions take priority over group sessions.
  • Additional sessions written into your programming based on goals and needs.  
  • Programming will be accessed via an easy-to-use app so we can track your sessions and progress.

General Nutritional Consultation 

  • Based on your goals, we will set nutritional habits starting week one and build from there.

Weekly Personal Check-Ins

  • Via Zoom or phone, this weekly check-in will ensure you are staying on track with both health and fitness goals and answer any questions you may have.

Bonus

  • Attend any Saturday Social sessions for FREE.

Online Group Programming

Create your own team with a group of friends or we can put you with a group that has similar goals. 

 

  • Access to weekly workouts through the app. 
  • Weekly and monthly goal setting and habit building with accountability!
  • Weekly individual and team check-ins.

Social Saturdays

Social Saturdays are a great way to get the weekend started.

 

  • These will be held on various Saturdays throughout the year. Check out social media for dates and times.
  • Anyone over the age of 13 can come.
  • Morning and afternoon classes available. 
  • 10 dollars per session. 
  • Class sizes and time will vary depending on equipment and current COVID regulations.
